WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO PROGRAMS?
The end-binge-eating program is NOT a weight loss or nutrition program. You will receive nutritional support and you might lose weight because you stop binge eating, but the goal of the program isn't weight loss, it's to stop binge eating.
The Flexible Dieting Program is a body composition transformation program to help you achieve healthier habits and improve in the gym.
WHAT ARE MACROS?
Macros, or macro nutrients, are the three main sources of energy for our bodies.
Carbohydrates - the body's main source of energy.
Protein-what the body uses to build muscle and doesn't really get used as energy.
Fat -helps to provide the body with energy and supports cell growth. It also helps the body to absorb nutrients, keep you warm and protect your organs.
HOW DO YOU COUNT YOUR MACROS?
You can count your macros by weighing or measuring, I prefer to weigh everything as it is more accurate. There are several fitness apps you can use to help you calculate the value, I recommend "My Fitness Pal" to all my clients.
HOW MUCH ARE THE PROGRAMS?
The Flexible Dieting program is $50/week + GST with a 2 week cancellation policy and a minimum signup of 12 weeks as that is what it's going to take for you to get the proper results from this program. This is not a quick-fix and for you to get the full benefits of understanding Flexible dieting and get RESULTS that last, it will require at least 12 weeks of check-ins and support to be able to give you the best possible experience and results.
After that, you can cancel at any time with two weeks notice due to the direct debit.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE THE MACROS?
You will check in with me once a week by completing your weekly check in sheet, sending me your new photos, measurements and weight. We will review how your week has been and decide after that if your macros need changing.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M ON THE BASIC PLAN AND NOT GETTING THE RESULTS I WANT?
Contact me as soon as possible and I’ll look over your plan and make the changes necessary. I like to have weekly contact with everyone who sign up to this plan over the first month to make sure they’re on the right track.
CAN I STILL GO OUT AND EAT?
Yes! I believe in balance in life, that nothing is so healthy that you should have it all the time and that nothing is too unhealthy to never have it. Going out for a meal is such a big part of socialising and one of my favourite things to do. You can still track your macros while eating out, it just requires a bit more planning.
