There is a life beyond binge eating and hating your body - and I’m here to show you how!

My story

I started my first diet when I was 14. It was just one of those diets you used to see in magazines (now on tiktok), but since then, I’ve probably done after diet under the sun.

From vegan to carnivore to juice cleanses and taking an unhealthy amount of fat burning pills.

My dieting started getting really bad when I was about 15-16 and I first got introduced to Anorexia.

I starved myself, I lied to my friends and family and I destroyed my relationship to my body.

After working with a counsellor, I managed to start eating again, but my relationship to food was far from healed.

I started binge eating every weekend only to get to Monday and start a new diet.

I’d follow that diet for 5-6 days, sometimes longer, only to have one slip up (like I used to call it back then), feel like the whole day was ruined and binge again. My binge eating got so bad that I called in sick to work. I lied to my partner at the time about how much I had eaten and I did everything I could to hide my body and my problem.

No one knew how bad it was except for me, everyone just thought I liked my food.

It wasn’t until I was introduced to Flexible Dieting and training for performance rather than aesthetics that my mindset started to change.I started training to get strong.

I ate to fuel my workouts. I started working on my mindset around myself and around food. I cut toxic relationships and negative self talk.

I’ve been binge free since 2019 and have helped hundreds of women all over the world change their lives too. Is my story similar to yours? I'm here to help you.
